Terroir Champagne
In the production of our “Terroir” Champagne we find our balance, our style. Our choice for these wines is based on a selection of vineyards where we only grow Chardonnay. Every year the wines are produced according to a simple and respectful protocol, to emphasize the pure character of the fruit and its origin: fermentation exclusively of the first pressing in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation and Dosage Extra Brut (5 g / L) for all wines.

« Single vineyard selection Côte des Blancs »
This wine comes from the chalky soils of a single vineyard called “Les Longues Verges”. Protected by woods and exposed to the north-west, it is situated on the border between Cramant and Chouilly, two Villages Grand Crus from the Côte des Blancs. The name refers to an ancient agricultural measure, corresponding to 1276 m2.
Only made from Chardonnay, the LV is unique and imposing. Pure and mineral, this wine knows how to link power to elegance, (...)

Deux Terres

« Grand vin de la Côte des Blancs et des Coteaux du Sézannais »
We only make vintage Champagne in exceptional years. The grapes of this wine, by the way the favourite wine of Jean Vignier, come from two selected vineyards: One in Cramant, one in the Sézannais. The two vineyards are genetically connected to each other. When planting the vineyard in the Sézannais, we took woods from our healthiest vines in Cramant to make a mass selection. So this wine somehow reunifies mother and daughter. (...)

Silexus Sézannensis Blanc de blancs

« Grand vin des Coteaux du Sézannais »
In the vineyards of Chatet, close to Saudoy, you will find quite some pieces of silex. That’s very rare and their presence has a great influence on grape ripening. At daytime the stones are heated up by the sun, giving warmth to the vines at night.
This wine has power and finesse. In the nose you will find flower and citrus aromas, as well as the sweet smell of ripe melons and apples. On the palate, it’s full-bodied, with a high density of fine bubbles. (...)

Ora Alba Grand Cru Blanc de blancs

« Grand vin de la Côte des Blancs »
A Champagne Grand Cru coming from our father’s vineyards in Cramant, Oiry and Chouilly. Here we grow only Chardonnay on soils of pure chalk.
Fresh on the nose, with flavors of apples and lemon, as well as hints of peaches. Tasty and smooth, this wine has a real texture, due to its fine bubbles and mineral acidity, as typical for the wines from the Côte des Blancs. On the palate, it evolves towards brioche-like, buttery and toasty flavors, with a touch of (...)
