Visual aspect: pale golden hue. Nose: Very floral (lime tree, verbena). Beautiful minerality with a mentholated finish. Palate: A fine palate with a delicate elegance. Very fine sparkling on the palate. Food & wne pairings: Langoustine carpaccio with citrus coating. Comment: A terroir Champagne. A very good achievement. One of the favourites.
